Mike Bazadona
Real estate investment, custom modular homes, construction, remodeling, HVAC, and project development throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania.
One place to connect with everything I do.
From finding deals and developing projects to walking job sites and building homes, this page brings my companies, projects, podcast, and social media together.
From cleared land to finished project.
Whether it starts with raw land, a distressed property, a renovation, or a new home, I like getting involved early and understanding what the finished project is supposed to become.
That means talking through the site, scope, costs, schedule, contractors, and the best path to get the project moving.
On-site, in the field, and part of the project.
Working with contractors, investors, developers, and homeowners from the planning stage through construction.
Walking the job site
Looking over site conditions, layout, scope, and progress with the people doing the work.
Real estate and investment projects
Talking with investors about renovations, fix-and-flips, development opportunities, and what a project needs to move forward.
If you are an investor and need a contractor for your project, let's talk.
If you're buying, renovating, developing, building, or planning a project and need a contractor, construction team, or someone to help you figure out the next step, reach out.
